Our Return & Refund policy

We strive to deliver premium quality products and customer satisfaction is our goal. If you had purchased our product that didn’t meet your expectation, we will help you with our return & refund policy.
Return:
We at Moroove have a 30 days return policy. Only products purchased directly from Moroove official website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Once 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange.
- If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange.
- If your product was purchased on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces you should contact the respective website for returns and/or exchange.
Note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable both ways.
- Replacement products cannot be returned for a refund.
- Return shipping costs will not be covered returned.
In order to return the product to us, you must Contact Us with your proof of purchase from our website and the photos of the product you wish to return.
Please also note that the product must fulfill the following:
- The product must be in its original packaging and must be unused including all content in perfect resellable condition.
- Used Screen Protectors and Skins cannot be returned.
Refund:
Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team will inspect the item will make sure the contents meet the refund policy conditions. After inspection, our team will notify you via email whether or not your refund is approved. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Exchange:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If your purchase is damaged or broken upon receiving it, please send us an email at info@yallaaccessories.com. And use our support link to initiate the exchange.
